Friday the 13th Quiz - How Did They Die?

In honor of the fact that today is Friday the 13th, we have a SPECIAL quiz for you all! Today, we are listing an unusual method of death, and you must tell me WHO died that way.

1. Died from being ignored

Freddy Krueger - Nightmare on Elm Street

"However, this girl is now wise to the ways of seriously burned, dream haunting child killers and has finally worked out the way to defeat Freddy. She realises that her own fears have been feeding Freddy and making him powerful and all she needs to do is turn her back on him and he will be powerless. This is a hell of a gambit, but she tries out the hypothesis and Freddy lunges for her, only to sink right through her and into oblivion."

2. Thrown into Molten Lava

Gollum - LOTR

"In his jubilation though, Gollum does not notice Frodo getting up and advancing on him. Frodo is not prepared to give up the ring so easily and so he and Gollum struggle again for the ring. This time, the force of the struggling sends the pair of them falling over the ledge, and Gollum falls into the lava and burns up relatively quickly. "


3. House fell on her (Please be specific on this one)

Wicked Witch of the East - Wizard of Oz

"The munchkins of Oz are a severly put upon group of people, continuously tormented by the Wicked Witch of the East. They are liberated from this tyrant in rather bizarre circumstances, when a tornado picks up Dorothy's Kansas house and whisks it off to Oz.

Of all the things that could possibly happen to you, i think getting crushed by a house is pretty low on the list of statistical probabilities, but sure enough, the Witch is in the wrong place at the wrong time and gets squashed by Dorothy's house.

We know the house killed her because all that can be seen of her is her is her little pinkies, sporting those lovely ruby slippers poking out from under the house."

4. Shot and then fell off a balcony

Hint: He didn't actually die, and several more movies were made about his character.

5. Cape sucked into engine intake valve of ship at the END of movie

Answer: Syndrome- The Incredibles

"Earlier on in the film Edna Mode, the eccentric superhero costume designer, had explicitly stated "NO CAPES!" and even went as far to explain how capes, despite their stylishness, are far more trouble then they're worth as they tend to catch on to things, usually with fatal results for the wearer. Syndrome, being a villain who clearly favoured style over substance, learns this the hard way when the spinning fan of the engine turbine catches the corner of his cape and he is instantly yanked in, and chopped into a billion little pieces.

This death gains extra points for its well-placed comedic irony. May this be a lesson to all supers out there: NO CAPES!"


6. Killing spree ended in this character's own decapitation

Hint: Holy Crap! I'm glad she's not MY mom!!! No wonder her son had his own series of horror movies!
