Cleaning and A TAG!!!!

Well, I got a TON of cleaning done yesterday... I was doing GREAT, until I decided to clean out the closet before I got finished cleaning the main part of the bedroom. By the time I was done, I'd almost filled a trash bag with things for a yard sale... I'd put up all my winter clothes, re-packed the "skinny clothes" for after I start exercising, unpacked the summer clothes to be washed... and TOTALLY TRASHED the rest of the room!!! I finally got the rest of the room almost back to normal, but lost all energy and motivation towards the end. Now I'm at work, happily bloghopping and crocheting... kinda tired, but excited about the fact that I got this all accomplished, and it's JUST NOW Saturday morning!!!! WOOOOOOO!!!!!! Party at Kim's after work, to celebrate! lol (Watching movies and preparing a special quiz for you all. *evil giggle*)

I'm not sure why I'm so anal about getting my space cleaned... except that I feel like the clutter was closing in on me, and avoiding cleaning it was taking the bulk of my creative energies. (Sad, but true.)

Guess what? I got TAGGED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

*inner ADHD child jumping up and down and running in circles to display her joy*

Tammy V tagged me!!!! Woo hooo!!!!!

Here I go:

What are five things that give you physical pleasure?

1. Warm clean jammies

2. Sunshine on my skin

3. Snuggling under blankies on a cold night

4. A cool wind blowing on a summer evening

5. The rush of energy after a workout

What are five things that make you immediately angry?

1. Mean people

2. Indifference to abuse

3. Conceited people (ARG!!!!!!!!!!)

4. People who think they need to CONTROL my beliefs.

5. People to try to control me or run my life. (Yes, I have authority issues. Got a problem with it? LOL)

What are five things that make you automatically happy?

1. James winking at me

2. Hugs from Jakey

3. Chocolate

4. Pasting. (My inner ADHD child likes glue. Lots.)

5. Movie times with my mom

What are five things that make you automatically sad?

1. Abused children

2. Neglected children

3. People not listening to the voice of a child, simply because they are a child... even when that child is speaking their heart... Children aren't magically made into a person when they hit the age of 18... They have a voice, and should be listened to when they speak their heart.

4. People of any kind being discouraged from following their dreams

5. Anyone being made fun of (though, especially children) for trying to be authentic... for breaking a mold... or for just being different. I hate that... it makes me cry to see it happen.

I'm tagging:

1. Leti
2. Jen
3. Tammy the Warrior
4. The Other Jana
5. Brianna

easter time is a time when I usually tackle a closet or something else that is needing cleaning out. To de-clutter is so good for one's soul... it really is.
I tend to clean and sort and get lost in memories when I clean out.. then move stuff from one room to another and make the biggest mess! but in the end, I finally get it done and sigh with the relief of it all.
have a joyful & blissful easter xoxo

Clean closets are the best! I remember cleaning my kids' rooms. It was always pull everything out of the closet and from under the bed (carefully - things grew there) into the middle of the room. Then the REAL cleaning happened. I think of life like that: pull things out of the dark corners into the middle of the room where you can pick and choose what you want to keep.
Happy Easter!

Hi missy, I'm glad things seem to be going well for you. I'm trying to get things in order before I graduate,I'm just taking it one day at a time. I hope to become a good person sometime soon, maybe I'll call people I've never called before. When it rains, the past gets washed away and then, she smiles cuz she knows in the end, the world gets beautiful, beautiful again. It's a song off of Martina Mcbrides new CD!
