Good grief... two times htis week, people have pulled one over on me... and neither were related to April Fools Day!!!
FIRST, while discussing mushrooms & mushroom hunting, Warrior Tammy told me she'd tried some shrooms during her wild 20s... I was thinking "well, that would have been in the 70s... that's pretty normal!!!" lol But no, she was just kidding me!
THEN, last night at church, my pastor announced that we'd be having a service for Easter next sunday (what a surprise.) He's been preaching this sermon series about "The Keys"... keys to different things in our lives. So, he said that next Sunday (Easter) he would be preaching about the Keys to Death and Hell. We'd have coffins, and everything would be decorated in black, and....
My inner child was SO EXCITED!!!! As a matter of fact, she exclaimed "SWEET!!!!" several times as he announced the event. (Yes, seriously. I think one of the children sitting in front of me, and probably several adults, are now rather afraid of me... hehe)
But alas, he was only joking. My inner child is currently not speaking to him anymore.

lol, I was just thinking about your pastor's April Fool's joke, yesterday, and started giggling in the car...how those other people were probably thinking you were freaky, and how your inner child is being sulky. :-)
