My dad had a stroke and is in critial condition. Please keep us in prayer.
Update: 10:53PM Friday - I got a call today at work, from dad's doctor. It seems that he had a stroke (probably what caused the problems in the first place), and then yesterday had a SECOND stroke. He also managed to contract Staph A infection and Merza (sp?)... so not doing so well. He can say yes, no, and okay... but not always at the appropriate times. He also has highs and lows... one minute he's holding his own cup, getting his own drink of iced tea, and the next minute he can't even get a bite of food off the spoon with help. Way wierd.
Please keep the family in prayer tomorrow too. My uncle is coming to the hospital, and that will make things... complicated. He thinks he should have power of attorney, I think I should (cause he's an irresponsible moron), so... *shrug* We'll see how that goes.
Update: 7:20AM Saturday - Dad slept good through the night, but had a fever of 102 . Otherwise, doing good.

Hoping things don't get too complicated (having been through "complicated" with my own dad). Don't forget to breathe. Stay in the moment. Don't anticipate. Deal with what comes as it comes.
