I just wanted to pop onto here and tell you all hello... let you know that yes, I am still living and breathing! I'm working a little extra this week, plus trying to fight off a VERY annoying chest cold. Oh, and feeling WAY overwhelmed by the loan-getting process. Good grief... *ranting*
I'm also creatively:
Cutting out pics for misc collaged things
Trying to work on my wedding plan binder
Knitting & crocheting some dishclothes
Oh, and getting ready to put a new post on the CAC blog! Better go do that now, before I forget!

Hi! Loan getting is always interesting, especially if you are a first time buyer. Do they require an inspection before they will give you the loan for the house? I know we had to do that but every place is different. The mortgage co just doesn't want you and them to be screwed later on down the road like with termites or some weird mold. That would NOT be good. Have a happy day.
oh man, having gone through the home buying process last spring, i send you all kinds of stressless vibes ~ in the end it seemed way to simple and way to complex all at the same time but putting your feet up in your own house snuggled into your hubby, oh so worth it :)
