Feeling Better-ish

Anyway.....

I had the most wierdly fun night tonight! I came home to a beautiful afternoon, grabbed a Diet Coke (with caffine!) and a hamburger (only ketchup and onions) from McDs, and headed home to get some gardening done!

I'd been out there for just a few minutes, when my neighbor came by to chat. She saw my roomate's doggie (aw!) and fell in love. She ended up dragging me away from my gardening (after I finished what I was doing, much to her impatience! lol) and getting me to go take the doggie on a walk.

We took the doggie to the park (way fun!) and I have some strange pictures to show you all later (tomorrow, mayhaps?). My doctor called me, herself, as we walked... to tell me that my happy pill prescription had been phoned in to the pharmacy! And to be careful in my "garden." (I told her it was a poison-ivy filled wilderness... did she think I was kidding?!) Then we took the doggie by the gas station, so I could get another diet coke (no caffine this time! I was hyper enough!) On the way home, we went through the park again, and the doggie and I ran in circles just for fun! (Did I mention that I hadn't had caffine for like a week, until tonight?)

Then, we joined two total strangers for a game of soccer (OMW! That was SO unbelievably fun!!!!!). We went home, I waved goodbye to the neighbor, put the doggie back in the yard, finished a little more raking (forgot that my legs were kinda bare, so mucho poison ivy to look forward too *sigh* So much for the whole "being careful in my garden thing, eh?) then took a shower, back to the neighbors to watch Criminal Minds (WAY GOOD EPISODE!) and now, home again. WHEW!

Fun, (and nicely distracting, which combined very well with y'alls hugs and supportive comments, which meant the world to me!!!) but exhausting. I'm going to BED!!!!!!! lol
