So, I've been rather quiet here lately... where have I been???
I've been trying to decide which pics to use for my next cave post... crap, I have a TON of pics of this part!!!!!!!
Alison and I have started a new book blog! I posted my first review there today.
I've been cooking zucchini, and posted a zucchini challenge on the food blog. OH! I just looked, and Suzie has accepted the challenge! She made latkes using zucchini... yummmmmm!!!! I can't wait to try those!
I've been battling migranes yesterday and today. *sigh*
I've been taking pics of my baby bibs to begin selling them online, playing with my new pink camo yarn, and cutting fabric to make some more quilted baby bibs with new fabrics!! I'll have pics up of that soon.
I spent Saturday with my mommy, which was nice!
James has been sick... poor guy!! He has a NASTY head cold. We may have to cancel our reservations at the Chinese cooking class tonight. :o( Or I may go without him, lol
So that's my life in a nutshell, what's going on in YOUR life???

Let's see - my computer has been out. Husband finally got it all fixed (we did have to have comcast come out), then printer didn't work. Husband pointed out it helps to plug printer into computer (he had unplugged as some point in fixing the computer)(he's a sound engineer - he always starts at: is it plugged in? for everything!)(and it works. =]) I have been filling out job applications, trying to fit my work experience in their blocks - this is VERY difficult. My job history simply does not meet the norm. I have been cleaning my studio - basement part done. Garage part yet to go. I have been working at regular exercise and ignoring the fact that upped exercise and lowered food intact no longer = lost weight. This is very discouraging. I have determined to put the scale back in its closet for another 10 years. that's the high lights! LOVE your Mammouth cave photos!
wow, you've been busy :) and i heart your zucchini challenge because i can use the many zucchini from my garden! tee hee

Jen
Migraines are the worst, I hope you feel better real soon and also James.
I just got over a nasty bug too.
I will pass on the zucchini challenge because no one but me eats it.
However, if you like soups, try this:
1 or 2 zucchinis chopped or sliced
1 can of sweet corn or frozen corn
1 bag or to taste of cheddar cheese
1/4 cup of water.
Boil and when the zucchini gets moist it is done. WARNING: Be careful, the cheese tends to stick to the pan.
Add a little salt and a teeny bit of pepper and enjoy!
I loved your zucchini post Jana! I will definitely be trying those recpes, yummy. Way to go on the new cool book blog, what a great idea!
You're taking Chinese cooking classes? Oh please share the knowledge on the foodies blog if you have the chance and it James is well enough to go.
I definitely see the real you Jana. ;)
