I was so stressed out by my cute little
I'm now anxiously awaiting a meeting today with my beloved associates, Pillow & Blankie.
All this chaos distracted me a little, but my main goal is still in front of me... crap-cutting. I've decided that the first step in cutting out the crap from my life, is to figure out WHAT IS CRAP????
There are some things I KNOW are crap:
- Excessive TV-watching
- One-sided friendships
- Angry relatives
- Over-giving to others
- Controling the fate of the universe, single-handedly
But many other things I'm not so sure about. Spending time making items for a business that might or might not work worries me a little, but it can't be crap. Relationships are great, but they are taking SO much of my time right now. I have to find a way to simplify. Eating healthy takes time, but is so important to me right now.
So my question of the day, today, is....
How do YOU know what's crap in your life?

stuff that makes you anxious in a bad way, energy draining stuff ~ that be the crap ...
making jewelry, creating art, writing, doing photography, working on my art business ~ these things give me joy and make me feel lovely, oh sure sometimes (read always) i get anxious and worried before a photoshoot but when i'm doing it ~ pure bliss!! the crap i need to get rid of is the worrying about it, worrying whether it will work or not 'cause crap is the stuff that doesn't make you feel good.
does that make sense? i hope so :)
xoxox
friends who fill you and lift you up, good things even if they take time ... friends who make you feel icky and bad; angry or crappy, not worth your time generally ..
:)
im sori about last night
stay strong girl
luv ya
hugs
I think you are like me in the way that you think everything must be for a reason~you must be productive. But I am learning really what is important to do what feels good, what makes you happy. Because if you are not happy...what is the point?~ and no one can learn from you or love you unless you love yourself and shine your own light!
XO,
Melba
I love Blankie & Pillow, myself. :-)
I am going to be brutally honest here about what's crap in my life.
My hubby. He stresses me out, etc.
And yep, I will go with tv, too.
If it really stresses you out before, during, or after, it's crap.
I'll have to email you about that more because there are details I don't wish to share with the blogging world right now :)
