Adventures of the Inner Child

I love my life.


This weekend was absolutely PACKED with adventures!!! An Ohana party on Friday (a new member was added!!!!), two of "my kids" stayed the night with me Saturday... I took them, and my inner child, on some fun adventures. We went to eat at the food court of THE MALL, and then spent some time playing in the ARCADE! (My inner child is absolutely on cloud nine, still, from the racing game we played there.) And one of them did DDR with me! OMW THAT WAS SOOOOOOOOOOO FUN!!! We watched The Mask, (Jana's quote for the week: "that was a spicy meatball"), the beginning of Forest Gump... we went to church Sunday morning, then came home to bake cookies and have a picnic (No temptation to eat the leftover cookies, SINCE THE STUPID DOG GOT INTO THE BOX AND LICKED THEM!!!!). Came home again, ran to JC Penneys to exchange a shirt (I bought each of us a shirt... caught them on clearance, AND got 10% off for applying for a Penneys card, for a total of 4 shirts for less than $16!!), played Guitar Hero at the Game Stop in the mall... packed up their stuff, and stopped at Walmart on the way home. Of course, while in there, we had to play Guitar Hero again (I got 93% of the notes on Shout at the Devil!) and try on random Halloween costumes! (I have some AWESOME pics, but they are still on my phone... I'll try to post them in a day or two.)

Now the kids are at home, my inner child is still bouncing with joy... and the inner adult is in SERIOUS need of a nice, long, nap!!!!!!!!!! lol
