Now it's my bedtime, and I need to be up kinda early in the morning for our first REAL wintery day! (Sleet, freezing rain, and other icky weather stuff) Perfect weather to read a book (Battlestar Galactica) curled up in bed, waiting for sleep to come.

Small Changes = Big Results
Tonight when I got home I was inspired by a post I read at Melba's blog today, and decided to start writing a list of my goals at the beginning of each month. I tried to KIS (Keep It Simple)... I know that small changes, over time, have amazing impacts. I didn't want to be any more overwhelmed by my goals than I already am. This month has not only Christmas, but already tax work has started (I had a message today asking if I'd work Saturdays... of course! $$ is good!) After debating about it through the day, here are the goals I decided on: (click on the pic to make it larger)

I just wanted you to know that something you said a while back (and I forget actually) about small steps got me started on morning walks - just in my yard, but my small step toward moving more. And I am. And I've kept it up. So, thanks!
