Tunez

The best thing about my current job is the freedom we have to wear headphones at our desks. So many times, in so many different cubes, I have spotted people with their headphones on, happily listening to their favorite online radio station...

Yesterday, I joined their ranks.

Consequently, I now have some new fave tunes to recommend, as well as AccuRadio, which is the coolest music site EVER! They have a million different categories of music you can listen too, and it is awesome.

Country:

Saddest Song That I Can't Stop Listening To:
Just A Dream - Carrie Underwood *sniffle*

Stupidest Song That I Love Deeply:
Holler Back - The Lost Trailers

Meaningful Song That Gets Me Every Time:
In Color - Jamey Johnson (seriously... it brings tears... EVERY. TIME.)

Best Song to Sing Constantly For Over A Month:
Should've Said No - Taylor Swift (Can NOT find this at YouTube... Why????)

Song That Annoyed the Heck Outta Me... Until I Watched the Video:
Good Time - Alan Jackson (How can you not like a country music video with random people doing a line dance across the south.. including a black woman in traditional African dress, a cute wittle girl, some hawt firemen - who shake their butts at the camera... *swoon* -, people doing laundry, an old guy in a suit, and so on and so forth!)

Christian:

Song That Inspires Me EVERY. SINGLE. TIME:
I Will Not Be Moved - Natalie Grant (My FAVE song by her, which says A LOT, since I love a lot of her songs. "The Real Me" was hard to top. I didn't think she'd be able to do it... but... SURPRISE! lol)

Song With The Awesomest Groove:
I'm Letting Go - Francesca Battistelli

God's Current Comments To Me Via Tunez:
Run - Kutlass

Who knows what I'll be listening to in the upcoming work weeks...

What are YOUR current fave tunes at the moment?

Ok, let's do that again?

You like Kutlass??? That is awesome!!!! I totally love that song too! They play it on our Christian radio station often. I also like the other one by Francesca Battistelli. I've heard of Natalie Grant, but that song's not ringing a bell. I'll have to go listen too it.

I will have to check out the Good Time song. Sounds funny!

Try Christine Kane - and listen to her words. she's awesome! I found her on line and went to her retreat not knowing she was a singer/songwriter too. I just thought of her as an awesome self-reflective woman. that's how I discovered Asheville NC and fell in love with it there (altho I understand they are out of gas! as are several other southern states. So I am happy to be in MD now)
