Wow. Today was intensely productive.
I vacuumed and cleaned out the "kids corner" where the kids toys are stored for when friends bring their kiddos to my house. I shampooed it, so it no longer smells like cat urine... as much. *sigh*
I shampooed my office carpet about three million times in the hopes of getting out all of the mold. It's drying now, so we'll see how it works.
I made bagel sandwiches for James's breakfasts tomorrow and Monday, and my lunches whenever I feel the need, and froze them.
I made sausage biscuts for James's snacks this weekend, and a ton to freeze for snacks/lunches later on.
I made spaghetti for James's lunches tomorrow and Monday, and there's extra sauce so I can make some more for myself for Monday's lunch. I will be making mine with Angel hair though instead... mmmm.....
I played with my two kittens, Simba and Nala, who I need to post pics of. Currently they are our only cats, and I believe they are both male. Simba is ALL ABOUT the cuddle by the way, and has learned to paw at my skirt in order to be held.
And now, I'm off to Kim's house, where we will make spaghetti for US to eat lol and then watch movies or do something else that involves no physical effort from me... cuz I is exhausted.

You have gotten alot done today!!! Wow! It's always good to have something to get out of the freezer when you don't feel like cooking.
As far as your moldy carpet, the only thing that kills mold spores is bleach with alot of hot water. I learned this all important information when I was taking Microbiology a few years back where we did some cool things with various molds in petri dishes. As far as getting it out as a stain, I have no idea what works for that other than bleach if it's wet and if it is dry and has set for awhile then I have no idea what works on it. I'm still trying to figure that one out.
If the room is not too big, you may be able to find a remnant to replace it for alot less. Our Home Depot and Menards sometimes have pieces from the end of a big roll for alot less. If the room is small, it's not hard to put down new carpet and get it to look good. Hint: you need a SHARP carpet cutting knife before tackling this project. Don't ask how I know this useful information...
Hope you have a relaxing evening and eat lots of yummy spaghetti!
Love ya!

Talk about being productive.
I wish I could give you my beloved Mitsu, my 30 pound cat. She has gotten on my husband's last nerve and she needs a lot of love and care and I am just not able to do it.
Oh well, enjoy your little babies!
